When I first got into woodworking, I thought building bigger projects would make me improve faster.
I couldn't have been more wrong.
The biggest jump in my skills came from building small projects that taught one lesson at a time.
Looking back, I probably learned more from a simple shop organizer than I did from my first dining table.
If you're trying to become a better woodworker, these are the kinds of projects I'd recommend starting with.

It's quick to build and surprisingly useful once it's finished.
